OUR HOME
Pentree Lodge is a very large, detached house, situated approximately two miles from the centre of Newquay. It is on the main road and has a regular bus service into town and is close to all local amenities. There is a lawn area to the front of the property and a large garden and patio area to the rear. There is a conservatory on the rear of the building, which is where the residents are able to smoke, if they so wish.
Pentree Lodge has 12 single heated bedrooms, all with wash facilities and four with full en-suite facilities. Each bedroom is at least 10m2 and have locks on the door. Residents are encouraged to have as much of their own personal belongings as possible and to rearrange their rooms as they wish.
There are four bathrooms and toilets. There is a very large lounge, dining room, and kitchen all accessible to the residents. There are offices on the ground floor for the staff, where residents are given their medication and are able to talk on a one-to-one basis, confidentially, with staff.
There are facilities for three residents within the rehabilitation flat attached to the main home, here residents are offered a comprehensive rehabilitation programme developing skills required to move on to a more independent setting.
